Feeling low on energy? These anti- inflammatory drinks will support your wellbeing and boost your immune system

Inflammatory support to your body

Inflammation in the body should only occur as a self-healing process to eliminate, destroy or isolate infected, foreign or damaged cells or tissue, however at times the body will go into an inflammatory distress or illness, which arises when the immune system mistakenly prompt activation of white blood cells and when there is no need for them, they might start attacking healthy cells instead.

If this condition occurs over a longer period our immune system will weaken and we might develop chronic inflammation disease. These conditions are typically linked to issues in our stomach lining and often associated with heart diseases and cancer.

Inflammatory diseases are often rooted from environmental or habitual factors, such as pollution, stress and poor diet. By eating a diet rich in antioxidants, it will give our body that extra nutrients and support to help repair cells and tissues and to increase our body’s immune system.

Antioxidants help our body repair cells damaged by free radicals. The most common antioxidants are carotenoids, flavonoids, beta-carotene, vitamins C, vitamin A and vitamin E. Antioxidants like carotenoids and flavonoids, which give fruits and veggies their bright color, can help to reduce our body’s inflammatory response

My favorite ingredient for boosters: Ginger, carrots, lemon, oranges, all berries, and cinnamon. These are all good sources of antioxidants.

This is my favorite immune booster and it can be enjoyed both hot or cold.

We all know that oranges are full of Vitamin C and added with carrots, apples and ginger is making this drink an amazing booster to wellness.

This drink is super food for your body and provide so much good nutrient for you. All berries are grand for any smoothie drink.

Have a super amazing day and feed your body. It deserves it and needs it for health, wellness, and energy.
