Transformational Tuesday

Look at your habits and change what you do not like.

If you want to accumulate more happiness in your life you need to look within yourself and change what you don’t like, while accepting the things you can not change. Loving yourself is a foundation for being happy, that itself creates a special feeling of harmony there only can arrive from within. By loving yourself means accepting yourself unconditionally regardless of size and shape and standing up to your own actions, behaviours and thoughts, while acknowledging how you act and re-act to yourself and others.

We live in a world there has a set standard of expectations both from family, friends, society and nonetheless our self. These expectations impact how we feel and if we are not able to live up to these expectation we become emotional, stressed, feeling of guilt, worthlessness or sense of failure can occur, nevertheless we can control this by having a strong inner happiness and by continue working on how we react to our daily situations and life in general it will only enhance our life experience.

We know what is right and we know what is wrong and still at times we become irrational and behave unexpectedly, but unexpectedly behavior is okay as long as we don’t hurt others.

At times we act out of behaviour, a thoughtless action, an action without being mindful and these are the so-called habits, things we do without putting much effort it. Some mindless action can have a negative effect on our wellbeing, namely thoughts as thought become how we feel and when you mindlessly think negative you become negative, hence it is important we acknowledge our negative thoughts and learn how to stop them before they become grounded.

As transformational Tuesday is about transforming ourself, we need to first define ourself of what we are, what we have become and where we want to be in life. Look at your habits, both good and bad and what you want to see changed, where do you want to be in a year from now. It can be the obvious habits you would like to get rid of, like smoking, eating un-well and not getting enough exercise, but also the more mental habits like becoming more happy, be more positive, be more kind and compassionate.

Set your goals realistic, set a start date and make a plan on how to achieve your goals.

Your new venture will improve your outlook on yourself, personal developments and zest for life, you will become more happy and feel better with your new inner you, prospect of becoming who you want to be.

Just remember that the journey itself is not the destination, but mere so how you get there, there will be challenges, ups and downs, but remaining with a strong focus, enjoying your transformation and congratulate yourself for every little achievement you do in life will increase your life force.

Enjoy life and start living it now.
