Living with diabetes 2

Quote

Eating a diet to support your diabetes does not have to be boring or tasteless, but yes you need to limit both saturated fat and your sugar intake. Eat green live food and lean meat and fish. Although there is a lot of sugar in fruit, berries can still be eating in moderate amount.

Thank you for sharing the above with us, and yes I agree. If you are diabetic, you still need to be carefull with the fruits due to the sugar content. Fruits like figs, grapes, cherries and mango has a very high sugar content compare to cranberries, and lemon. Berries in general has a lower sugar content, so eating a handful of berries is a good booster for vitamins and minerals.

By the way advocado also have a low sugar content and is tatsty and filling.

Have a super fantastic day

I thought about your post and the sugar contents in fruits so I went searching on Amazon and looked up this book called "Diabetic Nutribullet Recipe Book: 60 Delicious And Healthy Low Carb Diabetes Diet Friendly Smoothies And Juices" written by Pauline Ferndale

I have not read it myself by the review has a lot of five stars.

You can read more about the the book in our shop page
